TLILIC0003 - LICENCE TO OPERATE A FORKLIFT LICENCE
Certifies competency on how to operate forklifts safely and effectively, meeting regulatory and industry standards.

Course Times:
-Start 6.30am - 2.30pm (Woombye location)
-Negotiable on-site start time
Course Fees:
Two Day Course- $650
- 2 days including Theory and Practical Training and WHS Assessment
Logbook/On-the-job Training Option - $650
- Includes logbook, learning materials and challenge test.

If you don’t pass your assessment on your first attempt, you can come back and be re-assessed (once only) at NO charge, unlike many other training providers.
Course Outline:
Participants must be 18 years of age and be able to read and write English
Quality training on our Yale forklift - Counter Weight (gas)
Legislations and standards applicable to operate a forklift
Risk management, control procedures and planning work
Conduct routine checks of the forklift
Shift loads in a safe manner, shutting down and securing the forklift
Assessment type: Theory and practical
On successful completion the student will be given a Statement of Attainment and AS1 form to apply for licence online at WH&S websiteNationally Recognised Unit of Competency: TLILIC0003 - Licence to operate a forklift truck
What do I bring?
Photo ID: Driver's Licence, Passport, Medicare Card, Adult Proof of Age card, Visa Grant for Australia and/or Bank Card (Visa Master Card). Each student needs to provide 3 types.
Suitable clothing (Hi-Vis if available)
Closed in shoes
Hat, sunscreen, water & lunch

Course Overview:
The Chain of Responsibility short course is designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to identify, apply, and adhere to relevant regulations within their specific job roles.
COURSE TOPICS:
Applicable knowledge of state & territory regulations, and workplace procedures
Knowledge of what constitutes a duty, breach & a penalty
Chain of Responsibility regulations
Company policy procedure around Chain of Responsibility for relevant job roles
Correct reporting procedures
Basic understanding of company structure
Where to locate Chain of Responsibility information
Consequences of non-compliance of Chain of Responsibility
Action required when Chain of Responsibility breaches are identified
Required workplace documentation
